Condition Requirements
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you via email regarding approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item instead of receiving a refund, please indicate this when contacting legal@jufexo.com. Exchanges are subject to availability and the same return conditions.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
